BEFORE YOU GO…

WORD/IDIOM OF THE DAY

“Bite off more than you can chew”

Meaning: To take on a task that is too big or beyond one’s ability.

Example: Payal bit off more than she could chew by taking on the extra project at school. Now she is struggling to meet her deadlines.

BELIEVE IT OR NOT 👌🏻👌🏻

A Stanford student has won a medal at every Olympics since 1908. In fact, Stanford concluded the 2024 Paris Olympic Games with a school-record 39 medals. If Stanford was a country, it would have tied with Canada for 11th place final finish.

JOKE OF THE DAY 😉😄

How many Harvard students does it take to change a lightbulb?
One—he holds the bulb and the world revolves around him.

One more: How many MIT students does it take to change a lightbulb?
500—1 to hold the bulb, 499 to turn the house.

QUOTE of the DAY 💡💡

“We have to continually be jumping off cliffs and developing our wings on the way down.”
- Kurt Vonnegut, If This Isn't Nice, What Is? Advice for the Young
